Cancellation

1. The following conditions apply to the cancellation of the reservation:

- If you cancel 28 days or more before the arrival date, you will receive a refund of your deposit.

- For cancellations from 27 days to 7 days before the arrival date; 50% cancellation fee. You will not receive a refund of your deposit.

- For cancellations 7 days or less before the arrival date or in case of no-show; 100% cancellation fee.

2. Only at the discretion of the owner or manager (for example, in case of emergencies) can the cancellation conditions be deviated from.

3. To qualify for any possible refund, the cancellation must be communicated directly to the owner by email or telephone.

4. No refund will be made for early departure.

6. Natuurhuisjes Westerwolde can only terminate the reservation agreement in case of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospital admission, or unannounced sale.

7. In one of these cases, the owner or manager will offer the guest an alternative as soon as possible.

8. If no alternative is possible or the guest does not accept the offered alternative, a full refund will be made. Any other costs resulting from the termination will not be reimbursed by the owner.

10. We recommend taking out travel and/or cancellation insurance.
